How does Avoloan protect my personal information?

How does Avoloan collect my personal information?

We collect your personal information, for example, when you
– Subscribe to our newsletters and promotional materials on the website.
– Create an account in the Avoloan app.
– Submit your application for a debt consolidation in the Avoloan app.
– Accept the terms and sign a loan agreement in the Avoloan app.

We also collect your personal information from others, such as credit bureaus, or other companies.

Why can’t I limit all sharing?

Federal law gives you the right to limit only
– sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes — information about your creditworthiness
– affiliates from using your information to market to you
